MARKETING

Vice President, Marketing

This person must have demonstrated the ability to build, launch and maintain a successful brand with innovative programs in a fast-paced environment. The winning candidate will assume the top marketing spot on the executive team and will report directly to the CEO. In particular, the position will call on your strengths in these following areas:

Play an integral and lead role in defining the brand and the business strategy. Responsible for developing programs that meet company business objectives such as membership acquisition and retention that include viral marketing, regular communication vehicles, measurement and establishing lifetime user value. Work closely with business development to strengthen and leverage community and merchant partnerships Define and open new distribution channels while increasing sales through established channels. Recruit and build a marketing team that is effective during various corporate growth stages.

Skills and Qualifications:

    7+ years of marketing experience, preferably in Internet or software industries. Demonstrated experience building a brand image and identity. In-depth knowledge of relationship marketing and direct response. Experience in merchandising a consumer product for a major consumer-oriented company. Identify, select, recruit, motivate, develop and retain staff. Self-starter with the ability to work as a team and be accountable to a list of deliverables or quantifiable performance goals. Strong communication, negotiation and sales skills.

    Create and manage programs designed to drive website traffic and stimulate user acquisition. Typical responsibilities include: creating and executing compelling promotional campaigns using traditional and online media (radio, print, direct mail and internet) to rapidly grow user base and increase user transactions; developing a regular promotional calendar; identifying and managing affiliate and "free site" opportunities; working with partners to design and cross-channel acquisition promotions and campaigns; determining which types of programs have the highest impact on member acquisition; developing forecasts and tracking performance. Must be able to analyze program effectiveness and ROI. Responsible for monitoring metrics and issuing updates and analyses to management team.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Strategic Account Manager

Overall Responsibilites:
    Negotiate sales agreements with the industries' leading e-Commerce merchants. Determine most appropriate business negotiation models and define programs consistent with Innovato. Exceed quota in terms of customers signed and overall revenue objectives.
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
    5+ years sales/relationship management. 2+ years internet/e-commerce experience. Proven ability to negotiate strategic business agreements in support of company objectives. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required. BS/BA preferred.

ENGINEERING

Software Engineer

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Java servlets, C++, and HTML. Good communication and organizational skills are essential. You should exhibit knowledge of design methodology and human factors and be self-motivated. Must be creative at design and have good judgment from experience of what makes a robust design.

Skills Required:

    Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience Minimum 1-year experience with Java and JSP. Server and/or client side programming. Excellent communication skills.

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY

IT Administrator

We are searching for an IT Administrator who can maximize the productivity of our employees by proactively developing and supporting our information systems while working in a fast paced, exciting, start up environment.

Skills/Responsibilities Include:

    2-3 years experience with Windows/NT with a strong understanding of administration and security. Security: Secure socket layers, firewalls, PGP encyrption, firewalls. Virtual private networks. Database administration. Telephone and voice mail systems. Installing and configuring hardware, OS and system software. Backup & disaster recovery management. Excellent follow-through on work assignments. Good team player who is also capable of working independently with little supervision.
